Check in

The doors open at 08:00, and the program starts at 09:00.

Registration begins at 08:00, where there will be breakfast, coffee, tea, and juice available. Therefore, please arrive in good time, network with the other participants, meet the fantastic exhibitors, and grab a bite to eat before we kick off with the welcome and the first presentation at 09:00.

Displaying the QR Code:

When you arrive at the conference, your ticket in the form of a QR code will be scanned. Afterward, you will be given your name badge, which you should wear visibly throughout the conference. Your QR code will be sent to your email two days before the conference and again in morgning of the 10th of October.

Please increase the brightness on your phone screen; it makes it easier for us to scan the code. You don't need to print your ticket.

Wardrobe

There will be a free manned coat check at the conference. You'll find the coat check at the entrance.

Networking

When the clock strikes 17:00, it's time to make connections. Set aside time to network and wrap up the day together with the other participants. Mingle in the crowd and let the atmosphere flow along with our selection of refreshments. Raise a glass of wine, beer, or a refreshing soda—it's your choice. And as if that's not enough, we've prepared a delicious array of snacks. So take your time to network, exchange ideas, and share your enthusiasm.
